PianoKeyz may request and/or acquire information from you voluntarily when you register with us or send inquiries or feedback via email to us. This information might include personal details like your name and email address.

To maintain communication with you, and with your consent, we will occasionally use your name and email address to send you information about our products, updates, and exclusive promotions.

The personal information in your email will be used solely to address your specific questions or comments. If you are currently subscribed to one of our email campaigns, you can easily opt out by clicking the appropriate opt out link at the bottom of the email.  We value your privacy and never want to spam you.  This is also why if you subscribe to our emails, we aim to provide you with valuable content you would enjoy, particularly piano lesson content.

We will be able to see logs of how often a user logs in or which lessons they may be engaging in.  This may help us with statistical analysis such as which lessons are more popular than others.

7. Third party services usage

11. Age Restriction Our piano lessons are age appropriate for all ages, but course purchases require the purchaser to be at least 18 years old.

We do not intentionally gather personal identifiable information from individuals under the age of 18. In the event that we discover the collection of Personal Data from minors without the verification of parental consent, we will take actions to eliminate that information from our servers.
